Refund Policy

Returns

Our return policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must return the original bottle or packaging. Products may be opened and partially used; however, returns must not be entirely consumed to qualify. Proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the product manufacturer.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items

Subscription Orders:

Products purchased through a subscription are not eligible for a refund once they have been shipped. Please manage your subscription settings or contact customer service if you wish to cancel prior to your next billing cycle.

 


 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank; processing times can vary.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at customersupport@sabuhealth.com.


Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, please email customersupport@sabuhealth.com and mail your item to the shipping address below.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund total.

For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.


International Orders

We do not offer refunds on international orders. Our 60-Day Refund Policy is available for orders shipped within the United States only.
